Kelly Lynch has worked in Real Estate for over 35 years as a fully licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California. In 1992 she began managing her own small real estate investment portfolio and in 2011 she brought on Annie Goto as Vice President, who is a licensed General Contractor, and oversees day-to-day business and special projects for KPL Select Property Management, Inc. Annie brings leadership and a problem-solving mindset to complicated property management circumstances, including owner representation, legal affairs, evictions and insurance and public agency inspections. In 2013 Kelly established KPL Select Property Management, Inc. and offered full management services to her client’s closely held real estate investment portfolios.
Today, KPL Select Property Management, Inc. is a woman owned, boutique firm offering full-service property management to a mix of clients and properties. KPL Select Property Management, Inc. specializes in managing a diverse mix of properties featuring multi-unit buildings, single-family residences, duplexes, one off condominiums and townhouses.
