Finding the right tenant is the first step to taking good care of your property. Our team is well versed in asking the right questions to confidently evaluate who will be your right tenant. Our Project Managers run tenant credit reports, do background checks, call references from previous landlords or owners, we verify incomes, run payment history reports, interview the tenants and maintain all documents from the tenant introduction through to the signing of the rental contract.
