For our tenants, below are the downloadable pdfs of important telephone numbers for regional companies and key contact information such as our property managers and what to do in a property emergency. KPL Select Property Management, Inc. also likes to remind our new tenants : Update your mailing address, Driver’s license and all utilities. With the exception of those listed in your lease, all utilities need to be placed into your name(s) at the start date of the lease. If services are not immediately assumed by the tenant, the utilities will be disconnected.
